At LOVELY, we totally understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Our cancellation policy takes effect if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Within 24 hours: 50% of your service cost Day of/No show: 100% of your service cost A credit card is required for booking. This is simply to reserve your appointment time and no charges will be made until your service is complete OR if you cancel within our 24 hour cancellation window. Adherence to our policy allows ample time for clients on standby to be notified of an opening. Thank you so much for your understanding!
